We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team remotely, with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and ROI.
• Campaign Development: Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions through affiliate channels.
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication, support, and collaboration.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously improve the affiliate program.
• Travel: Occasionally travel to attend industry events, conferences, and meetings with key affiliates.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events.
